PrinterHelp SG provides independent printer troubleshooting advice, step-by-step guides, and optional paid remote technical assistance. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official support channel of any printer manufacturer (HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, etc.).

2. Scope of Support

Services are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that every problem can be resolved, especially hardware faults, severe driver corruption, or issues requiring physical repair.

Fees are quoted before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of a successful fix or as otherwise agreed. We accept major payment methods via secure third-party processors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrinterHelp SG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services, including data loss, business interruption, or hardware damage (even if advised of the possibility).
